Bulldog Bulletin - 9/8/2026

Today was the 3rd day of school, and the routines of the new school year are well under way! Some tips & tricks as we move ahead: (1.) DAY 4 Wednesday, 9/9, will be the first Day 4 of our school year. For our new students, it is important to note that means your half-cycle classes will switch over for the first time. Check your schedule for Day 4 and you'll notice that 2 half-cycle "elective" classes will be new courses with new teachers in different classrooms. Make sure you know where you're going, and don't be afraid to ask for help finding a new room location! (2.) MORNING TRAFFIC Traffic is improving quickly in our driveway. Please note: Morning dropoff should begin as soon as you're over the speed bump at the latest! Folks are used to waiting to pull down in front of the building, but traffic flows much faster when you unload earlier. Cars should be unloading all the way through the highlighted yellow section in the map. Frequently Asked Questions...

South Cinco - Monday, 3/9/2026

Here are 5 things to think about as we start the week!  (1.) South PTO meets this Wednesday evening at 7pm in the South library media center. Please see attached agenda. (2.) The Student Council is helping to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for this year's annual PJ Day! This will be South's 3rd year raising money through a Pajama Day for this amazing cause. It was a huge success last year, raising over $2,000! The PJ Day will be Friday, March 27.  We are asking that if students would like to wear their PJ's, to bring in a suggested donation of $1-5 anytime from now until 3/27. We will be collecting money by grade to see which grade can donate the most! There is also an option to donate online. Please put your child's name and grade when you donate.  Link:   https://fundraising.stjude.org/site/TR?px=9160989&fr_id=162728&pg=personal (3.)   Tickets are now on sale for the three performances of our annual  South on Stage ...

A complimentary school lunch can be ordered to go; these "Grab & Go" lunches must be ordered in advance at the Food Services website-- use this link! --and your child needs to pick up their lunch in the Main Office on their way out at dismissal.  SCHOOL PHOTOS Don't forget to pre-order your school photos online! With the first full week back in school under our belts, and almost halfway through the second cycle of our rotating school schedule, it almost feels like we never had a summer vacation. Parents, guardians, and all adult caregivers are invited to come to the school to meet your child(ren)'s teachers and learn about the classes and curriculum.
