Bake Sale tomorrow!
There is still time to donate baked goods for the Bake Sale tomorrow at South! Bring any home-cooked items to the polling place, or swing by with beverages to sell. Or, volunteer to sell: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b054ea9a923abfd0-souths
Dine Out Thursday at Jake N Joes!
Eat in the restaurant, or order takeout, and let them know you’re supporting South. 20% of your total tab will benefit the PTO!
*** If you bring in a picture of your receipt, you can get a Homework Pass! (You can block out the total. This isn’t about how much you earned; it’s just a show of gratitude for everyone who participates at all to support South.) ***
Accessing the South Library
There are 3 ways for students to check out books from the school library this year:
Online Book Request - Go to the South Media Center website, click on the South Book Checkout Request to reserve a book(s), and it will be delivered to your homeroom teacher's mailbox
Browse & Talk to Media Specialist Mrs. Duffy - on Day 1, she’ll be here last block, and on Day 2 she’ll be here for the last 2 blocks
Book Checkout Before or After School every day - students can browse the South Library before or after school any day, and can sign out their book on the Book Checkout form. Just write your name, the book title, the last 6 digits of the barcode, and ask an adult to sign off.
Books can be returned at any time to the drop-off bin in the Media Center.
