Tuesday Woof - 6/7/2022

This will be the final week for Homework Club at South this school year. There will still be a late bus next week, so any students who need to stay after for make-up work, retakes, extra help, etc. can make arrangements to stay after with their teachers.

Our 8th graders are excited to show off their Veterans Projects this Friday in the Gymnasium at South! Come learn about our local heroes and marvel at the immense work the students put in to interview their veterans and research the conflicts and historical periods in which they served. Open throughout the school day on 6/10, please check in at the Main Office.
We are getting excited to welcome the 5th graders for Move Up activities on Thursday and Friday. In Digital Literacy classes, our current 6th graders prepared infographics to pass along "lessons learned": what to look forward to, how to avoid pitfalls, and other kernels of advice!

You can still purchase tickets for the Spring Musical this weekend! Contact Ms. Proulx or go to https://southms.seatyourself.biz. The show runs on Friday, 6/10 at 7pm or Saturday 6/11 at 2pm or 7pm, and tickets are $10 each. Contact Ms. Proulx (kelly.proulx@braintreeschools.org) with any questions.

One final informational meeting has been scheduled for 8th graders interested in playing fall sports at BHS: the football team will visit South on Tuesday, 6/14, immediately after dismissal to speak with any interested students.

If you would like to attend the assembly, please enter through the Main Entrance to get a visitors sticker and then proceed down to the Gym. Mark your calendars! All 8th grade Veterans Projects will be on display in the Media Center on Friday, 6/6, for the public to view and explore our students' research. If you're looking for an e...
